The policies outlined here apply only to services offered directly through StationOpsConsulting.com and do not constitute a legal guarantee of refund eligibility unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
StationOps Consulting shall not be held liable for any losses, missed appointments, or business impacts resulting from canceled or rescheduled consultations. By booking a session, you agree to this policy and understand that refunds are granted at our sole discretion, based on the terms listed above.
Refund Policy

At StationOps Consulting, we are committed to providing personalized, high-quality consulting services. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments and services booked through our website.
🔹 Free Consultations

We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to help potential clients evaluate our services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

You can cancel by replying to your booking confirmation or emailing us at BHaddadeen@stationopsconsulting.com.

No-shows may affect your eligibility for future free sessions.
🔹 Paid Sessions & Service Packages

For any paid services (including one-on-one consulting, compliance audits, or bookkeeping setup):

Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be eligible for a 50% refund, depending on the circumstances.

No-shows are considered non-refundable.

Refunds are not available for services already delivered or partially completed.
🔹 Monthly or Ongoing Packages

For multi-session or monthly services:

You may cancel future sessions with 7 days’ written notice.

A pro-rated refund may be issued for unused time, minus any administrative or setup fees.

Services rendered before cancellation will be billed in full.
🔹 Refund Process

Refund requests must be made in writing to BHaddadeen@stationopsconsulting.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
